Meet the Team
Elliott Neal,

Elliott was previously a consultant at McKinsey & Company where his projects included leading the central planning team for the U.S. Congress's Financial Oversight and Management Board for Puerto Rico, executing a cost reduction program for a U.S. Department of Defense aerospace contractor, and serving as Chief Transformation Officer for several McKinsey clients.
Prior to McKinsey, Elliott led a division of a U.S. helicopter transportation company that executed federal government contracts to supply U.S. Navy submarines and conduct aerial firefighting for the Department of the Interior. Elliott began his career as a U.S. Army Infantry Officer who graduated from the Army's Ranger School and led paratrooper units during two Afghanistan deployments. Elliott has a M.B.A. from Harvard Business School, a B.A. from Harvard College, and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). |
