How 10XG handles your information.

Job applicants

When you apply for a position, 10XG collects the information you provide: name, email, phone, current location, your résumé and any note you add. We use it to evaluate your application, to contact you about the position you applied for and similar positions, and to meet record-keeping obligations that apply to federal contractors.

Applications are stored in a private, encrypted storage account controlled by 10XG and delivered to our recruiting mailbox. Applications may also be entered into our applicant-tracking system. Access is limited to 10XG staff involved in recruiting.

We keep applicant records for 24 months from the date of application, then delete them, unless a longer period is required by law or you are hired. You may ask us to delete your application sooner, or to send you a copy of what we hold, by emailing [email protected].

10XG does not sell applicant information. We share it only with the federal customer for the position you applied to, when required for credentialing or onboarding, and with service providers that store or transmit it on our behalf.

Agency and business inquiries

Information submitted through the request-staff form is used to respond to your inquiry and is retained as part of our business records.

Website visitors

This site is served through Cloudflare, which processes connection data (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver the site and block abuse. Forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile. We do not use advertising trackers. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.
